Hi everyone! Well, we are just rockin' right along and are half-way through July. Having a bit of rainy weather here in north Florida this week but nothing we can't handle. The grass and shrubbery really need the drink! It's time for another fun challenge over at Crafty Friends Challenge Blog and I'm really stoked to share my birthday card for Challenge #36 - Use Dies. Come on over and play with us - we are being sponsored by the very awesome Pickled Potpourri! Love me some Pickled Potpourri!

I chose the wonderful-beyond-measure 'Watering Can' image for my birthday card. I L.O.V.E. this image and the sentiments that come with it! I created a birthday card but this image and sentiments could be used for other occasions. I pulled out some black and white dotted paper that I've had for several years and paired it with some yellow cardstock. I also used some yummy olive Silky Crush ribbon for my big bow which pulled in the green from the leaves.
In keeping with the challenge theme, I used round and rectangle dies. I'm in love with my stitched dies and have every basic shape out there, I think! I did a little layering with the image and the front sentiment. Also used some yellow gemstones and flat-back pearls on the front.
I used another sentiment from the image set on the inside and layered the panel on some of the yellow cardstock.
Proud to enter this card into the following challenges:
