I used some fun techniques on this card - created a background with a tiny Celebrate stamp (with a floating frame around one of them), stippled linen folk art paint onto the left side, cut flourishes with my Cricut Expression and Wall Decor and More cartridge, and stamped the Happy New Year sentiment with a huge old-fashioned type dial alphabet stamp (remember them?!). And I just happened to have a bottle of champagne and two glasses in my embellishment stash and I coated the glasses with JudiKins diamond glaze!
